    Default The British Grenadiers

Happened to come across this tune again today morning when I came upon The Patriot while flipping through the channels. I remember being hooked onto it the first time I'd heard it when watching the movie years ago. Did not know what it was called back then.
Been whistling it for hours now. My mouth feels sore. Catchy tune though.

That's a good fife and drum tune.

This is one of my favourites - Hell on the Wabash:

Always liked this one. Pity Errol Flynn nicked it for the 7th cavalry.

There are times I wish they’d just ban everything- baccy and beer, burgers and bangers, and all the rest- once and for all. Instead, they creep forward one apparently tiny step at a time. It’s like being executed with a bacon slicer.

One for my dad. He said he joined the Royal Marines for the uniform. I laughed at the time but I can see why...
