Well, the video is just razzle-dazzle and an over simplification of hand-to-hand combat.

To bring this thread back to topic, I have my share of training, I do think there is reason why Keterina Tarnovska is the world kickboxing champion for women.

And her routine combined the traditional Ukrainian way with kickboxing technique, I think the truth is if someone practice her way with precision and decisive blows, they can be lethal too.

You're right, it's a little off topic, talking about fighting styles in a screenshot-thread ;-)
Just one last suggestion from me: Maybe, Keterina is World Champion, because she is a very good Kickboxer. I don't see any unusual or arkward moves from her.
