Hello Quintus Dias, welcome to the .Org.
I am not much of a modder myself, so I can't help with your big question. However, I can see the problem with the file you posted: the entry for the region Etruria appears twice.

Still nothing, fixed that but game now crashes when I enter battle
Have you changed descr_regions.txt file in the data/world/maps/base directory? I think that you have to replace other roman factions from that file as well.
Yea but for Sicilia_Romanus which is Messana it's like this:
Sicilia_Romanus
Messana
macedon
Sicani
177 142 58
slaves, dogs, pigs, italy
5
8
Why does it say macedon? When in the game it starts out with the scipii? I'm not 100% sure the descr_regions file has anything to do with it my but I'm not sure, thanks for saying though
Hey but apart from that should I change the descr_win_conditions file? Cause the other roman families are still in it? And would it work if I changed it so that the Julii would have to outlive or destroy more factions then just the gauls?

According to http://www.twcenter.net/wiki/Descr_regions.txt
Culture/faction tag: The culture tag defines how loyal the people of the settlement will be to the faction that governs them. The people will less likely rebel to the faction that you put there (ex: Rome will less likely rebel against the Romans than against the Barbarians)
Shi-Zroi Total War!!!!
Well um, I did try out my mod with only one of the maxentius guys and he looked just like the Julii emperor, I mean he had his portrait, and I don't understand, not trying to be rude but how will I fix anything with from what you said? I already made Rome part of the Julii faction, deleted the senate, so um yea I've been getting this error:
