No, but charisma is the heavy weight trait due to how people normally looks at it. If you got both, you're a great leader, not a good manager in how you're usually described, but you can have horrible managing skills and still be a great leader.Originally Posted by Kadagar_AV
We are all aware that the senses can be deceived, the eyes fooled. But how can we be sure our senses are not being deceived at any particular time, or even all the time?
