    I think it is not a fake:

    - Fraction icons are made stylistically similar to 9 main factions,
    - Warriors faces are the same as preview screens,
    - The typical dirty shields,
    - Spartan cuirass is the same as Pontic cavalry,
    - Cavalryman has the same cuirass as Lusted presented in Exclusive Content.
