Random Thoughts Thread

[a completely inoffensive name]

I'm 20 and I've been unemployed for 3 months and living at home on nothing but 2 minute noodles, eggs and anything that comes in a tin can. I want to get a part time job and, in my spare time, create music and films. This is something I'm really interested in and, although I have the ambition, I'm so cripplingly unmotivated that I feel terrible for getting absolutely nothing done. Couple this with my post-post-modernist self-deprecating attitude toward art (masquerading as perfectionism) and anything that does get done is immediately blasted from existence.

In 3 months time, I'll visit Japan and start filming my first full-length major audio-visual project. I hope to finish and release it by the end of 2014.
Though I'll probably die in 7 years as a talentless hack.

I'm posting this here so I can visit this post again in 3 months and check for any progression. I thought that typing this out like so would maybe draw up motivation. Maybe I should just invest in coffee.

Glass breaks easily. I just found that out the hard way. The whole family was over at my mom's place for my bro's birthday, and we were wrestling around a bit when I accidentally put his head through a window. :P It literally just tapped the window and it shattered. Stupid, brittle old glass. Now I got a project tomorrow before work. lol Mom was steaming.

Cat is recovering. The guy was seriously sick two days ago and I didn't think he would make it through the night. He did, and took him to the vet. He's fine, just ate something wrong. He is over twenty years old and this is the first time he has been sick. What it is he ate I don't know, he eats my chili con carna when I am not looking and I use a LOT of pepper
