Nice one.
Might be a good idea for a tread, getting a subject from another member and write a poem. Give another subject.
Poems can be really short, one of the most haunting I came across (From Dutch) 'For sale, children's shoes, never worn'. I don't know if it really qualifies as a poem but it sure says a lot with very little words.

Always read it was attributed to Hemingway, but apparently that's not the case. I definitely agree with you though. It's a haunting piece.
Gracias, new to me, I never knew it was English I thought it was Dutch. It's brilliant, he certainly succeeded in telling a story with just 6 words it's really gripping.
Also a favorite, also really haunting as I can almost hear him in a way http://www.bbc.co.uk/poetryseason/poems/futility.shtml
Been watching Will Wheaton's Titansgrave, it is pretty enjoyable - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Oasp...T0pAp2&index=1
Warning: It is a tabletop RPG being played out.

My cat's gingivitis has been remedied. She is quite happy and fat once more.
Also been binging on retro situation comedies on hulu. Some very enjoyable programming compared to the inundation of reality tv found mostly on the tube these days.

The goal is to translate the last line.
My only clues are -
The first cipher is 9
Might be linked to cthulhu mythos
Inspired by Cipher for old code writhing methods like these
Looks like it has Cyrillic script and that g/9 symbol which could be 'b' in Ancient Hebrew, or 'waaw' in Arabic.
