There are some interesting mosaics of biblical scenes in the Cathedral (Duomo) of Sant'Evasio, Casale Monferrato, Italy :
Italian Knights in 'Abram Defeats the Four Kings', Cathedral of Sant'Evasio, Casale Monferrato, Italy, probably early 12th century. The kings have small round shields rather than kite shields.
Two infantry with kite shields, fighting, Casale Monferrato, Italy.

As usual, the costume is contemporary rather than ancient hebrew.
