    Default Missing descr_win_conditions.txt file

I am in the middle of a Julii campaign and I want to take over every region on the map. Right now the win condition is set to end the campaign when I take Rome. I looked it up and saw that I can edit the win conditions with descr_win_conditions.txt which is supposed to be located at "rometotalwar\data\world\maps\campaign\imperial_campaign". I looked there and there was no txt file. I searched throughout my RTW folder and I couldn't find the file. I also tried creating my own descr_win_conditions.txt file but that had no effect either. Does anyone know how I can change the win condition to taking every region, and not just 50 plus Rome?

In the file descr_strat.txt there is a part that says. Could I edit something here?
    win_conditions
    land_owner 20 100

Which OS are you rinning? If you have UAC enabled it might be located outside your game folder.

Well there's your problem. The file is in Users > Your User (whatever your user name is) > Documents > Whatever RTW uses as a folder name
