Based on the information we have here in this thread then

autolycus - Can't be the killer since he was blocked N4 by me. Don't know about the cult.
edse - The same.
El Barto - Can't be the killer and he can't be the original cult "leader" since he was blocked by me on N1.
Chaotix (Double A) - Was blocked by BSmith on N3 so the above applies here as well.
BSmith - Role blocker?
Gaius Scribonius Curio - Haven't been blocked.. so he could be part of cult or he could be the killer.
HopAlongBunny - Tracker ?


So, the most likely mafia/cult (is there any cult left?!) are GSC and autolycus ?!?
