Disk write error

I keep getting this as the game launches and as a result I cannot play. Tried what was suggested by Steam but none work, any solutions? Or rather has anyone else encountered this problem?

May be a bit obvious, but is your hard drive full? I know it sounds stupid but it's happened before =P

Thanks, I also thought about it and am trying to redownload everything on to the other hard drive so that it might work, now its just the wait. Feel kinda stupid now....

Ensure of the 30GB space prior to downloading and see how it goes.
