...is that most of them are too stupid to find their own asses with both hands and a flashlight. :) Apparently there were a lot of people who were upset that an Indo-American won Miss America. I'm posting this link so we can have a few laughs at their tweets. I love all the comments about 9/11. Priceless:

Yeah, I saw that earlier today and I agree that India is totally Al Quw'da'a territory as we intel'lectuals know.
The second one in your link at least tagged himself as an idiot.

I would be more upset that in 2013 we spend our time looking to see what girls are prettiest so we can put little princess crowns on them but I suppose it is more important that she has dark skin and THIS IS MURIKA!
I remember when they had some "mexican" boy singing the national anthem somewhere. People lost their minds.

Was he singing in English?
If the 'Murica crowd were on their toes, they would have complained about Rima Fakih winning Miss USA in 2010. Anyone who cares this much about a beauty pageant result probably doesn't have their priorities straight anyway. Especially a contest that was, by rule, white-only until the 70s.
I'd do her.

I bet she has explosive implants....
Hate to bring it up but she isn't very pretty..
It's Miss America, they're usually not very attractive. That contest is like a high fashion model agency. They're way more concerned with body type than face.
She's as attractive as a pound of potatoes.

When they slather them in makeup to put on stage they look horrible. When they aren't wearing it they look way better but they look like everyone else.

She would look prettier if she did not insist on flashing her teeth in every picture.

I like eating potatoes.
I'd happily eat her, too.

It is funny until you remember all those people get to vote.

It's not like their choice matters a lot given what they get to choose from.

You know what I hate more than bigots?
The fact that 20 random tweets now passes as journalism. All of us deserve slow, painful, and tortuous deaths.

"buzzfeed" didn't strike me as a journalistic site in any way, the journalists I've seen have usually written a text about the subject.
Not sure what you're getting at, not every site that informs people about "news" has to hold up the highest journalistic standards and neither do all of them claim to do that.

Sites like buzzfeed are where more and more people are getting their "basic" information from though. If you think that the 24/7 news channels are poisoning the well, wait until the majority of the voting public bases their thoughts off of pages like these, featuring quite literally 20 random tweets.

In 2 days this will get picked up by cnn. They will add a paragraph and everyone will freakout about the regression of Americas liberal tradition.
Buzzfeed is what gets picked up by the "iconoclasts"
Journalism is dead,
Yeah, but that is not a problem because in capitalism the customers decide what is best and the market regulates itself.
The "more serious" outlets here have already picked this up anyway, I read about it on focus.de before this thread got posted.
I agree with the sentiment, I am sick of tired of all these false-Americans always hitting the headlines, it should stop this political correctness and start giving the award to real Americans, such as Miss Cherokee.

The use of Indian actors to play Arabs on tv makes it very difficult for us whities. At least we still recognize a good negro when we see one.

Oops, the quote was supposed to mention something about National Spelling Bee.
The terrorists are plotting to take over ALL the American contests nobody cares about!
