Default Differences between Averni and Aedui

Are large differences between Averni and Aedui? For me, it acts as the Aedui would be democratic, while the Averni are aristocratic. Comparable with Sparta vs. Athens.

As far as I know it only comes down to one unique unit for each faction. Aedui get Carnute Cingetos (Carnute 'Druidic' Heavy Infantry) while Arverni get Arjos (Arverni Nobles). Carnutes are probably overall better because of the moral bonus they give to nearby friendly troops and they have slightly better stats. However, Arjos have more men and can be more versatile in melee due to having both spears and swords. I think I recall that their governments are identical (gameplay-wise not historically) and work pretty much the same way. There could be different traits and ancillaries for Aedui and Arverni but I couldn't be sure.

This itself was due an oversight of the historians in EB. The political situation of the Aedui and Arverni was likely far more similar than EB leads the player to believe.
