My four year old asked the question within 5 minutes of playing the game: Does the geisha ever do anything?

Click on the advisor and he'll spout a bit of Sun Tsu, so why doesn't clicking on the geisha cause her to play the shamisen or something?

    Just wondering...

maybe she wants to go to W.C. and that's because she don't move!

I keep telling you. I must have a copy of the game like Soly's. When I click on her she kills whoever I happen to have in my court.

ROFL. That would be one cool way to send the advisor's head back.

If you click on her and type 'iloveyou', she will give you a kiss
....ha ha ha...... I'm only kidding. No she does not do anything but just sitting there (I think she is a sleep )

Well, how much code would it take for her to play something, say, "Dueling Banjos"?

Eeeeew! I'm hearing that "song" in my head played on a shamisen. T'aint pretty.

Is there any way that you can kill an emissary and send their head back in a bag? Just asking cause that has been making me wonder. And that is VERY dangerous.

Remember: Just cause you don't see me, doesn't mean i ain't there

No the sad truth is that you can not chop heads off. Such a shame.

Yeah, that would be great. The deceitful Uesugi clan sends yet another emissary right after attacking me:
    Accept
    Decline
    Head on a platter

As for the topic, no, the Geisha does absolutely nothing, but judging by some of the suggestions here it would seem that is a blessing.

I haven't tried this out by I heard a rumour that clicking on her will kill the emissary if you have Legendary Geisha researched.

Or somebody was pulling my leg.

    Wise man Luke once said:

I was walking down the street,
    near the Copacabana.
    Down in Cuba Town,
    in Little Havana.
    I said "Hey, pretty Lady:"
    ...

Can you finish the quote? If so, you have discovered what the geisha can do for you...

again, I think a "Pillow the Consort" button would add a whole dimension to the game, and give "ConfusedandDazed" something to do.

hehe. Just kiddin' Crazed. Your stories are pretty entertaining.
