If this one starts I'm in.
We need to balance the technologies. Any obvious things to fix?
Changelog from today:
Valour - now only applies to family members.
Mandate of Heaven - reduced religous tech income from 5 to 3 per turn
Inquisition - clarified you can split point deduction between trees.
Reformation - added synergy with Holy Order
Holy War - immunity only available to pagans and orthodox factions.
Trade Routes - added so you must own at least one of the cities
Monopoly - added minimum gold influx.

I got to raise the question.
Is this really doable??? To me it looks like something that we need several active admins or extremly open and honest players. Both is hard to get.
Would you consider adding more "tech"?
The admin notes down the starting conditions. Calculating points is easy from there. When agent actions or battles happen (things that alter points on an ad-hoc basis), the admin performs the action for the player. This will indeed slow the game down but it's the best way I can think of.
I would add more tech but in M2TW we only have war, subterfuge, religion and commerce. I can add more individual technologies to the trees themselves however.
