Im hoping its the announcement of a large dev kit allowing modders to pretty much remake the game on the same engine.

The current mods seem a little lack luster and just as stat changing without too much actually changing

They should start by firing the lead designer. He is afterall the guy in charge. He had to okay the release of the buggiest game CA ever made. Doesn't matter whether the publisher pressured them to release it or not. Not IMO anyway. Go to the top guy and sack his incompetent ass.
