The Netherlands is also the biggest food exporternin the world, second only to the US (last year's numbers, hear France is now #2). If you expand your harbours the waterways will have to be deeper. Who are you going to call for that? Exactly, us. Waste of money no. As TA pointed out earlier, it will take decades before you can compete with us, and it will cost billions and billions (TA didn't say the latter but it's pretty obvious it will)
