They're very underpowered and the Pontic Thorikitai (Carbon copies) has the same issue. First step is to up their lethality to 0.13. Then do some other adjustments I forgot. Check EB at TWC for the exact details, there's a few old threads on it and. I did some of my own tweaks too.
