Rebuilding barracks every turn arverni Time of Soldiers bug?

Hi all

playing an extended Arverni Campaign, no Aedui left in transalpine Gaul, all pushed back to 2 settlements in Northern Italy, but weirdly Romans are letting them be and just attacking me. Otherwise stable border with Sweboz, (Using the Rhine), and no sign of Spanish so far, preparing a front line to wall off the Iberian peninsula.

Time of Soldiers occurred, I noticed that the game wanted to me to rebuild my highest level barracks in any settlement that had one... so I did (v expensive)...

Lovely hard reform units

BUT, every few turns the games is damaging my barracks in each settlement now. If i repair it, it just will be broken again next turn

Is this a bug? Is there anything I can do.

Even if the barracks are damaged, I can still recruit the reform units (I think), so for now I just leave them broken if the game is going to do this to me.

OK... I see what is going on now.

I am not supposed to be rebuilding that barracks because it has been superseded by new barracks.

Wow, what a waste of money
