Feeling More Alien To Gaming Day By Day

RL and getting older are factors but they do not deter me at all.

What deters me from gaming every other day is the multiplayer-ization of every other beauty we have in hand.

I don't like connecting a server and playing online. I don't like other people in my game. I just don't. Human factor -as long as I do not know the guy personally- repels me from a game.

That's why I hate MMORPGs and any game of which the feature "online battles!!!11" is promoted. Not that I didn't like DotA or CS at all but...

I want a singleplayer experience so I can taste what the authors of the game wanted me to feel about it. It feels as if human-oriented game loses its ambience/epicness/fun because it's not AI somebody designed to entertain me.

Do I need to see a psychologist or could we have a Singleplaying Den where we can speak to ourselves as we get raided by some undead lord in HOMM ?
