Well I brought theon from Pyke and what I did was moved one of my units in tullys abonden fort and attacked them. This allowed them to stop sieging dagmar. Maybe tully didn't build siege equipment. Then I move my forces into two stacks and wallah beat tully. I tried every possible sernario and if I don't do that above I still win every time. As long as theon is there I win regardless the situation between tully and I.

Sorry.... but that it totally a bug.... when the same thing accured in FKOT, Rivers abused the same bug and it was found illegale and had been made to replay. You might have still been able to win but you would have lost far greater casualties.
I can try and locate the post for you if you want proof, but Rivers can confirm what I say, and it would take a lot of time to find it as it was about a year ago
