these are simple questions not lies.

the SS you posted are from Core save .i have one unit in kermanshah , in you screen are more than one unit that conclude that you played core save.
if is not true then your SS are wrong!.......... why did you post them anyway .

If no one is against that, and doesn't ask to extend his own time-frame based on that, I guess yes.
But you'll get your save at 16:00 and not earlier (since you claimed you wouldn't be able to play it anyway).

You can play if you accept the time that will be assigned to you (see above, if no one is against then yes)

You had actually 3 units.
Probably you reloaded so much that you got confused and forgot to make the move.
Unfortunately heavy reloading has his cons..
