Egypt has some really powerful ones but weak heirs that's why I remember them more. Nur-al Din and Ilghazi of Aleppo have very good command.

Al-Afdal Shahinshah I got as a Bedouin Camel Warrior in Arabia. He has 6 stars and fine leader. Asad al-Din Shirkoh is a Mamluk Horse Archer from Sinai with 5 stars and great warrior. Some of these might be wrong since I'm looking at a game saved quite some time after though I still remember a few attributes they have.
