Hi everyone,

playing with Saka Rauka I noticed that the farming buildings seem to no effect (neither more income nor bigger population growth).

I don't know if it's a bug but it seems that except in my capital I can't build herds "buildings" (only the elite herd had been already built in the surrounding rebel camps I conquered).
