Also it seems like the new campaign will be what the grand campaign is except at a later start date so same map and everything but just some new factions and stuff like that. Not sure if the Romans will start with an empire but we will see. There's a screenshot floating around somewhere, I'll try to find it later.

Yes it will replace civil war in grand campaig as well. I really hope that we don't get disappointed again.
