Version 2.1 - two versions of launcher.exe *32 still running when game starts

Also still present after game has been closed down running using 40-50% cpu!

You should kill those processes. When running the non-Steam shortcut on 2.01 there should not be another launcher starting at all.

Having problems getting EB2 to run? Try these solutions.

Not sure whether it is my system stopping them being killed or a hanging process line in the bat file. Will test later and report back

    Hah...success

Last time I tried I was offered the chance to continue last game, which I did thinking to try and recreate previous bug.....this time starting fresh game.....both launcher processes not visible and cpu usage down to less than 20%

Looks like 2.1 nice step forward from 2.0 :)

Not really. If you can replicate the crash twice for the same battle, you can post your savegame and log file for analysis.

    Hi

Tried to edit the EBII.cfg file to reduce display resolution - native 1920x1080
Added windowed/window borders cmd lines and no change. Looked back at file and those lines had been completely over written but others remained changed...see below example: building_detail=low but battle_resolution=1920 1080 changed back to native. Windowed cmd line deleted
