Seems to be pretty explicitly indicating that there is Greek Campaign.

So there will be an announcement + live stream of the new free-LC and DLC today at 10am EST/3pm GMT:

EDIT: seems like I was correct, at least for now. A new culture pack, the Black Sea factions (Cimmeria, Colchis and Pergamon), but Massalia will be free-LC. And if you pre-order you get 10% off the culture pack.
