yet another MP campaign post

Just been playing Civ3 PTW multiplay - and having discussions with LAN buddies about MTW multiplay Campaign and we came to the conclusions:
1. computer players essential
to fill the other factions so games will be interesting rather than u vs me all the time.
2. battles between AI and human players must be autoresolve
wouldnt hurt the game too much although the auto resolve fuction would have to be better than it is now. Its a must because waiting for someone else to fight battles against the AI would be lame.
3. The only battles fought would be PvP battles. but could also include AI allies etc.
4. simultaneous turns
aka civ3 PTW - if you havent finished your micro manage by the time the timer is up - too bad

But it has already been said hundreds ,if not thousands times before that it won't happen until TW 4 or 5...
