    Post Schools in EBII aren't doing much in my Saba campaign

    I have at least tier 1 schools in all of my settlements and a tier 3 school in my capital. However, my generals aren't really benefiting at all besides maybe getting one retinue. Their traits do not change at all.

    Unless this is intentional I'd really like to be able to improve my general's traits, thanks!

    How long are they staying there? I found they needed to spend literal years before it started to have any impact on their traits.
    It began on seven hills - an EB 1.1 Romani AAR with historical house-rules (now ceased)
    Heirs to Lysimachos - an EB 1.1 Epeiros-as-Pergamon AAR with semi-historical houserules (now ceased)
    Philetairos' Gift - a second EB 1.1 Epeiros-as-Pergamon AAR
