[Help] How to open file texture?

I want open file texture is use what sofware to can open it

You're not able to open .texture files directly. You have to use converters first. Like Alpaca's one.

After you got DDS, you're able to open and edit them, then just convert them back to .texture.

Simple enough I guess. :P
