Ouch. Makes me curious with your opinions on what those are, but probably better for a different place.

If you want a specific example, I think you locked Strike's thread too late to avoid it getting nasty but too early for it to achieve catharsis.

Was one of those matters where I didn't really want to be seen locking down discussion in a somewhat tyrannical way, since after all, it was discussing staff.
