I've was palying the Danes and I attacked Saxony and I won the battle. So I attacked Pommerania so I could go into Russia and qonquer the rebles and Novogordians. When I reached Lithuania the rebles had 3000 men I won them and then I saw that in all the rebles providence there was at least 3000 men. There were no rebellions in those providences. Why are they so strong?

Because they have been pushed out of their own provinces.
Then those provinces rebel again and the faction that did it is now locked in between thousands of troops.
The only province that starts with plenty of rebels is Khazar. Lithuania has a number of troops but not thousands.
You may not care about war, but war cares about you!
