If you are sending identical content, you can use the CC and BCC functions for it to go to multiple people, so no need to click one name, copy and paste, then new name.
Though the great one from therother side is not accepting summonings at the moment, but could delve into these intricates later.

I don't think mods have PM flood control, I didn't run into the issue a few days ago when I was sending them rapid-fire. Probably there to help prevent PM spambots.

Reduced it to 30 seconds. I'm keen to keep the flood control itself, especially as we are under a renewed spam assault at the moment: we are blocking thousands of spammers every day but one or two are slipping through. And those spammers are sending out PMs to members...
