I don't think anyone will find this persuasive but me. But here's my thought process:

If Scarlett was mistaken about how voting works, and I'm starting to think I was totally wrong, it'd be weird for her to make a gaffe that provoked confusion with players. That sounds like an individual thing, not a mafia thing. If I saw a teammate making the mistake, I'd correct it in the mafia thread lest it provoke more attention later.

But as I'm thinking I was wrong about the formatting, this may all be nonsense.
