You're right that bus driver complicates the read. But al is clean because we know visor tried to shoot you and shot John instead. Which means all wasn't swapped if Raith viewed him n2.

There's also the matter of visor targeting you and killing not you.
I said John, but realize now that that may be an incorrect assumption. We don't know where visor's shot landed.
