Technically Advanced Rebels

Hello everyone,

I started a new campaign as the English and started to take out the French. In the year 1100 I looked at taking Wales and Scotland.

When I looked at the troops in Wales, I saw 180 Longbows along with some pesants.

Well of course I bribed them so that I could get the Longbows this early.

Wasn't the patch supposed to fix the problem of rebels having technology before it was historically available?

The Welsh had their longbows very early... The English didn't utilize them until the High period (about so).

So it is quite fitting that the Welsh rebels have the Longbows, but don't worry, they won't get more Longbows if you have a rebellion in Wales.
