    Well, in Europe and North America it's getting better, but no so much elsewhere (look up the state of Chinese rivers, the Niger river delta, etc).

    I was talking about large parts around the equator becoming uninhabitable due to irreversible warming of the climate and us running out of fossil fuels and other materials anyway. Did you know that oil is also used for a lot of medicines? And for the plastic that we try to replace the water in the oceans with before we eat it with all the fish that we completely overfish everywhere.

    My trust in the inguinity of mankind is almost limitless, there aren't many of them but some people are rediculously smart. i'm not one of them mind you
