I've played with Cuth on MU and for one he can say a lot in a day. This quietness is nerve racking but I'm not willing to lynch him based on another game I played here with him. He's on my watch list for now.

That's fine, but what you said was that you expected a bit more from him. As in, "what he's done so far is ok, but I expect a bit more.". But he hadn't done anything at all yet.
