Well my issue here was more Snerk's reasoning in his read of you. It kinda turned into a more general thing, but that's not how it started.

It's a bunch of subtle little reasons, part of it how he's been settling into the relaxed atmosphere so far and part of it angle-y stuff that I don't really want to get into here, but I can buy him doing this as town. I think mafia!Zack is more likely to force/manufacture an issue here.
