Personally, I feel like omgusing all over the place. Seemed like the majority of cases against me were "he voted a royalist to save his faction mate", which I know is an oversimplification, but it doesn't change how weak the case was and is.

Atheotes lynch was not really the best option, would have preferred Barto or Nac. I have poor connection currently, will elaborate later.

Why's everyone so gung-ho on Winston? He just subbed in for someone who was absent. Did Sooh even post?

Worst case for today, lynch Barto. He's not active anyway.

I have no whiskey, so shining is out of the question.

Couple of beers in the fridge, though, so I might get a faint glimmer on later this evening.

Okay, had to run a couple of errands. Post 2 is now updated with the latest info. I'll have the first tally out soon-ish.

Hmm. I've got a couple rocks of crack I found in Visor's jacket (it's about three years old, but crack doesn't go off does it?)

    Let's see if that helps...

Copying the master list of living people from GH, as is tradition

    Al Sipsclar
    autolycus
    Choxorn
    Csargo
    Dp101
    El Barto
    Lewwyn
    Manasi
    Montmorency
    NotACop
    Renata
    seireikhaan
    Snerk
    Winston Hughes
    Zack

Out of these, I'd place Renata, Lew, Zack, Chox, Manasi at the top, in no particular order. Most of these are due to good tone, cases, and D1 events. Kinda null for me currently is Snerk, Csargo, and Auto. They haven't done that much great, but also don't feel that them being town is that unlikely. Winston gets his own spot, as while his posting has been good the slot he replaced wasn't that great. Willing to give him a chance for now. Monty also gets his own spot, because on reflection I have no idea what his early consistent pushing of me could actually mean. Lynchable pile goes Barto, Khaan, NAC, and AL. Most of these are here for varying degrees of incoherent posting + downright odd pushes on me. Yes, I am aware that NAC and Barto are incompatible, but I'm not sure which one to raise from the depths.
No doubt I've contradicted about half of my reads and cases in the course of making this list, but such is the price of organisation.

I've scanned the whole thread, but only read properly up to post 585.

I'll read the rest a bit later, but here's where my reads are at:

    Renata - town or wtf
    Zack - town or wtf
    Manasi - very townie
    khaan - seems safe
    Lewwyn - check this again
    Dp101 - check this again

chox - post 556, 558 etc look townie
Al Sips - post 558 pizza gives town reason
Snerk - post 574 monty gives town reason, post 582 renata gives town reason
Barto - post 582 renata gives town reason

Auto - getting towncred from others, not clear on reasons
    Monty - ditto

    NAC - probable scum
    Csargo - probable scum

I looked pretty closely at khaan's accusation of Jabbz because I'd caught scummy vibes when skimming in the first place, but on the re-read it doesn't look like bussing to me.

With Lewwyn, I was leaning strong town after the flip, but something caught my attention about him later on. Don't know what it was, but I want to take another look.

How do you factor the timing?

Of the their votes on Jabbz?

I guess the timing of khaan's might have been part of why I got scum vibes on the skim. Didn't feel so bad when I read closer, probably because I paid more attention to the argument behind the vote.

Lewwyn's I'll need to look at again (I can't actually recall if he was first on the wagon, or just the earliest not to shift away).

So one of things that seemed strange to me is at the beginning of that day It was sort of set up as a Lewwyn versus Khaan, one of them has to be bussing Jabbz sort of day. I don't understand this at all. Jabbz was just super scummy, it felt pretty clear. I don't see how the two of us voting for him makes us scummy at all, but somehow it seems like that's what everyone is trying to do.

Particularly Winston has been driving this... Partly from Monty's questioning, but particularly this strikes me:

He then says he'll take another look at me a few posts later again. But close to 36 hours later:

khaan looks bad. That D1 vote is the only significant point in his favour. Posts don't feel townie. There's no flow of thought I can follow. And the fact that suspicion is coming from his own faction seems quite damning.
So you still haven't rechecked on me apparently. I just find it a bit mudslinging. Don't just keep throwing that out at me if you're not even going to come at me with anything real.

What really bothers me is that he says the suspicion coming from our faction is damning. I don't suspect Khaan. He has not been posting in our QT very much so there's nothing there for our faction to try and call him on. No one in our faction is voting for him. The only one who's said anything like that is Monty, who I feel is being too secretive and demanding and pissing me off a bit. Basically its Monty.

I don't think the day has really produced too much. I am grateful that there wasn't too much to catch up on, I'm about to fall asleep in my chair here as it is.

    Vote Winston
