These things are done when the mod creator requests them. If @macsen rufus would like to a forum space to use to actively build a community for his mod, then he is welcome to have one.

I am sure he appreciates your support on this matter, and I thank you for cheerleading and supporting his efforts on this forum. I firmly believe hard work and effort should be encouraged and supported so you are doing good.
