    Default Completeness of the Celts.

How complete are the Celtic (Aedui, Aruernoi and Boii) factions? Was is missing?

There are some regional units missing, but the core units are done. Various scripted events and such aren't done yet, though they have their military reforms in.

No faction in the game is close to complete, we're still working on lots of elements. Completeness isn't really going to be a useful measure of which faction to play.

It began on seven hills - an EB 1.1 Romani AAR with historical house-rules (now ceased)
Heirs to Lysimachos - an EB 1.1 Epeiros-as-Pergamon AAR with semi-historical houserules (now ceased)
    Philetairos' Gift - a second EB 1.1 Epeiros-as-Pergamon AAR

Their core rosters are mostly done, and they've got lots of new traits/ancillaries for 2.3.

Is the EDU with its placeholder entries (names without stats) a useful indicator of units that are definitely planned?

No; most of those have been cleared out, and those that remain aren't necessarily suggestive of what might be.

The Arevaci have a ton of interesting new features, like different offices for family members, a colony system, a whole bunch of new traits. Oh and the best part is they have a new unique music! Definitely recommend.
