Koran is a different book containing tenets of a different religion, I don't see why it should be in line with any other holy book.

As for contradictions between words and deeds, we might as well remember Christian view on crime, and then compare it with the order Jesus gave to his followers to commandeer a donkey so that he could reach Jerusalem in more comfort. Words =/= deeds

Going around in circles about how a visual picture (AKA image) can be spiritual.

if a belief system allows certain evils, and we find them used often in area that accept it as an authority, than that also makes sense. Its illogical but it is also hard for me to accept the creator would allow and demand such things. Though I understand it is just my upbringing and emotions that are saying that.

and for me actions follow beliefs, this is common sense and you do it everyday. If you did not believe you typing would form words and post on this thread, you would not do the actions to post here. I am not comparing Christians [who are sinners] with Muslims [who are sinners]. I am comparing the koran and Islam, and the bible. I dont care how imperfect its followers follow those authorities, just what those authority say and see witch if any are truly from god or not as they both claim.
People can do terrible things concealing them underneath fair garments. One can remember Communist ideology of equality and world brotherhood which allowed its followers to murder others (including lots of priests) whom they saw as recalcitrant. Or, keeping to the topic of religion, the Crusades.

In Ukraine priests are very often seen committing sins and even crimes they are supposed to shy away from. Like the head of the largest (and therefore the holiest) monastery in Ukraine was stopped by the police for violating traffic rules. He didn't admit his guilt, but he asked the police officer if he had been to church and said his prayers that morning. If he hadn't, he had no right to stop priest for whatever reason. Then he got into his car and drove away. The HEAD of the largest MONASTERY! THE CHIEF MONK of Ukraine, one may say! And you will tell me that the books he reads matter?
