    Default BazzBattles

On Youtube, a nice channels with simple explanations illustrated with animated maps and units explaining a wide range of ancient and medieval battles. Rather well done.

Pretty cool except for the goofy subtitles.

Can't imagine Oda Nobunaga uttering "Haters gonna hate"

    I like BazzBattles.
In particular the way they start off by explaining the background and the poilitical or strategic situation that lead up to the battle before they go down on the battlefield.

    There's also Kings & Generals

    Been to:

Swords Made of Letters - 1938. The war is looming in France - and Alexandre Reythier does not have much time left to protect his country. A novel set before the war.

A Painted Shield of Honour - 1313. Templar Knights in France are in grave danger. Can they be saved?
