Addendum to this just in case I'm killed, merl1n has been posting quite well, but considering his experience with non-forum mafia it's nothing I'm remotely clearing him for and I'm basically putting him on the level of a capable forum player with the intelligence I've seen from his posts. He did not have a clearing D1 and while he was early on Egix like me, I'm not really giving much cred for that. Don't let him endgame barring mechanical information.

Bizarre direction to go with that read if dya and Egix are teammates. Don't really see it.

Unrelated, I still think Choxorn's claim comes from town more often than not. He knew he had a rough D1, he knew he was in the POE, maybe wasn't sure how much he'd be around today, feels like he just decided to bite the bullet and get the claim out of the way so that everybody could move on to other things. Feel like the mafia play there is to see if he can't talk his way out of it first (or at the very least see which way the wind's blowing), keep the claim in his back pocket if needed later, or at very least not drop it early and give people the opportunity to tinfoil about it, as we've somewhat done here.
