Given the spam here about the 1st one I'm a little shocked there's nothing here about the next one out in March.
I'm watching some early video on it and I'm interested!

This has been a good game so far, it's stayed true to its Panzer General roots and has decent campaigns. I haven't played since the Spanish Civil war expansion which in my opinion wasn't enjoyable. The expansion lets you do a whole campaign of just the civil war which is nice for new maps and units but given that the technologic differences weren't really much different between the two sides it's sorta just a slug fest in which you try and protect your few 'elite' units. Also, you end with with far more 'armor' units than would have existed. Haven't tried the latest expansion though I know I will eventually.
Overall it's not leaps and bounds different from Panzer Corp 1 or Panzer General 2 but honestly that's what I like about it.

Four stage strategy from Yes, Minister:
Stage one we say nothing is going to happen.
Stage two, we say something may be about to happen, but we should do nothing about it.
Stage three, we say that maybe we should do something about it, but there's nothing we can do.
Stage four, we say maybe there was something we could have done, but it's too late now.
