I have no original thoughts anymore and am probably just going to "make" reads going forward by pulling quotes of the recently deceased, which will probably be primarily @GeneralHankerchief :

Really? You got this impression of Esooa diverging from her scum game enough to make a confident read on it less than 30 minutes into this game?

These are all the posts that Esooa made before Dolby supposedly called them alignment-indicative and said they didn't match the posts in Esooa's scum game that Dolby read.

This seems like a really fake read on Dolby's part to me.

I swore I wasn't gonna get into the swing of things until tomorrow.

Let me elaborate: I think Esooa has been ~marginally townie on her own. She's been able to keep up with the volume of posting despite a pretty insular playerlist and doesn't seem to be forcing much. Can these things come from a mafioso? Certainly, but they're a) light regardless, and b) not the reason why Dolby was repping his read. Dolby bothered to cite meta, which seems fake and forced, and feels like he did it to acquire credibility. The post sticks out, in a bad way.

I think it's a very viable world that Dolby is scum and TMI'd Esooa as town, just from the way he repped that read and presented it to the thread.

I think if Esooa was Dolby's partner, Dolby would have been more likely to just drop a townread on Esooa for the reasons I mentioned rather than try to bring credibility of "I read a recent scum game of hers" into it. It's light, but just from the way it's presented etc, the reason just feels more TMI-y than partner-y.

Speaking of which, just straight up putting Esooa in the towncore at this point; there's been enough not w/w associatives/solid thoughts from her that I feel fairly comfortable with doing that!!!

There was also a fun Maple vote on Dolby that early; tracking that and seeing how that goes, I suppose!!

Feels like today will be either very easy or very difficult!!!!!

honestly I mostly want people to ask me to link the wolf game that just finished so I can be like "look at it I did so well"

I would agree, though Montmorency wasn't quite trying to save him more just doing this thunderdome with Maple that was half-joking on Maple's end, which is not something that a partner tends to do in that situation... felt town in general, anyways!! Though will be interesting to see how today goes for him, read-wise!!!
