@Csargo: I am hype to play again around here and with this roster. Still disappointed by the rand though. (and amused people will read into this)
"Les plus désespérés sont les chants les plus beaux, et j'en sais d'immortels qui sont de purs sanglots." Alfred de Musset
So: early reads...these are obviously subject to development, but will be decisive. Nulls are for wimps.
Argon: in first, claims cop, claims ridiculous n0 check on me, uses avatar basically open referencing that he is a wolf...just another day in the life for him...if he is a wolf he has partners and at least some of those partners would be saying "WTF dude?" because they don't know him. No sign of that discomfort; Argon town.
Chessguy: lots of posts, creates image of "let's get started" by picking at gif posters but doesn't say anything really, overeager to be read on this; probs just a wolf.
Csargo: throwing them gif, but a LOT of them, then shifted to words and stayed overbusy for Csargo; probs a wolf.
Raskol: Emphasizing "disappointed by the rand" which is code for "I claim village," doesn't mention me until he finds a way to be agreeable instead of challenging immediately so trying to stay off radar; probs a wolf.
Dolby: meaningless paragoning of Argon, early read of Chessguy that I disagree with, challenged and stuck to it in a good way. Town.
Hollowkatt: comes in swinging to draw attention, early targeting on Raskol so reval as potential w/w there, seems to be worried about me an appropriate amount. Town
Nanook: enters by establishing slanker cred, immediately threatens to kill the person that helps him. Town
Winston: entry by Hardclaim, no additional posts. lean town
Lewynn: entry is softballed off previous post, but second post indicates reading of full thread, then back to softballing off another entry. Probs wolf
Pzelda: opens with a developed reads post which he just got wolf bombed for last time I saw him and he didn't get bombed for it here. May just have done a better job of it, but... Probs just town.
Panda: points out Pzeldas read post as unique, which is accurate, but wolfs it just for that without challenging the reads. Wolf
Many not posted yet. Gnome, Ibn, Laurentus, El, Vro...get your stuff together.
It's five short pages. Don't be such a weakling.
Yes I'm town, but still.
Besides, there's an obvious flaw in my reads since five people haven't posted and I'm already at five wolves.
I'm also incredibly lazy
@Ibn-Khaldun strongest read in either direction gogogo
LA is a paragon, sorry I don't make the rules
fine
Why?
Not really?
this is bleh. Like, it feels like you're picking at the post for the reason that it happens to exist and that I gave the first read.
I feel mildly fine with him. Just vibes
I like Lewwyn for Lewwyn liking me for me liking Chessguy :p
Felt that I could get something in here but not really. I guess it's a good look that he's probably looking in the right spot for page 1, but as Pzelda says, not much to talk about yet. I guess I don't like that there's more scum potential than villa leans but w/e?
I think that Tims has only really made declarative statements?
Talk about these more pls
Bad
So here's my problem with Rask. It feels like he's mashing his mouthparts together and expecting something substantial to come out, but it's not. We've got his second sussing Csargo, that I was writing off as a joke until I saw this
literally everything Tims made at that point was declarative statements which didn't show any process, just an "ok I think that these three people are bad". He makes a "separate post" about Csargo which is all about him wanting to go full throttle for ??? reasons. I can write off the HK and Winston stuff as rask just doing whatever, but it feels like activity for activities sake
We also have this
This is just asking a question for it's own sake. Why would c4 change his read on me? I hadn't posted since
@Ibn-Khaldun
If you haven't already, can you elaborate on the bolded?
If Rask flips town, speed-lynch Dolby.

Actually quite smart not to phrase this in terms of top-town-to-top-scum, because I can make very few conclusions from this post. I shall try my best anyway.
*1: Eh, I kinda agree with this read, since I was just playing Wolf with Argon a short while ago, and also, the fact that Tim draws this much attention to him by placing him first on his list makes me feel good about this slot. Will check the rest of Argon's play with a critical eye, given that he's one of the few I have meta of.
*2: Okay, so Tim reads this slot as Wolf for picking on the GIF-poster and then... proceeds to read that same GIF-poster as scum, too? Could be w/w, if he didn't end up pushing this case, and trying to distance.
*3: Was he the one who died? Because this is a great look for Csargo, especially given that the game I played with the CFCers recently had a scum bud of mine, Guillo, actively posting GIFs for the majority of the game, and Tim actually town-read that.
*4: Meh. Did Tim end up pushing Rask at all?
*5: This read feels very low-effort. Which increases my discomfort with other-me.
*6: Given how well coordinated HK and Tim were in the last game I played with them, and given how they like to pull crazy stunts, I can make no conclusions from this post. Could be trying to appease Town!HK (although I imagine this would let HK call him out for pocketing if done badly), and yet he mentions the possibility for HK to be Wolf. Huh. Actually, yeah, thinking about this some more, this probably is an attempt to try and appease HK with a Town-read that looks genuine-ish, while setting up a world for HK to be Wolf if needed, later down the road. So into Town-leans HK goes for me.
*7: Again feels very easy.
*8: What did Winston hard-claim again? The ISO feature is going to take some getting used to.
*9: What is soft-balling and was Lewwyn indeed guilty of it?
*10: Not a bad take, actually. Could be a genuine town-read.
*12: Nah, lol, this is so par for the course for Panda that I can't imagine anyone took this seriously, especially as the last game he and Tim played in, Panda was Town. Which makes me think Panda could actually be Town here, too. Although it's given such an weak reason that it might just be a wolf-read of a bud he never intends to push, either.
