Cuth, I think I'll lock ya for a couple days, but not permanently given how you discussed ladd's slot throughout the day. Winston, Rask, you get a day pass, and probably a lock clear if NC is scum. Hopefully Star Trek II is reprising, except with only the good parts. It's hard to believe, but not a single one of you was in Star Trek II (though HK was probably aware of it, and he participated in the Mario 2 debacle).

Nebbie, I believe you could be the Mafia Stalker now.

Zack, are you sure you're not with Csargo? Although I do note that while I was slanking, ladd offered some kind of wack analysis about me being a "perfectly competent wolf" supposedly based on having read all my games or something - and you correctly identified this as townspewing me (see my walls).

It's is extremely likely that there was at least one other maf among the many protowagons around EOD, and potentially even among Newcomb or Rask. Overlooking D1 scum multiwagons has killed a successful town more than once in my relatively-recent experience. And with this many competing wagons, it's at least 95%, the details of which will always have to be guessed when forming plausible wagonomics associations moving forward.

@ both Zack and HK: Zack, in Mass Effect you hosted as Dolby was consensus scum-read and sacrificed (Logic sub). HK, you were town with me in Mario 2 when Dolby subbed in late onto a winning Mafia team and easily sealed the deal.
Figure out if he's clearable today pl0x.

ladd starts out tring monty, benneh > sleep and sring ender and sunbae, with sunbae probably being relatively dismissable. imo benneh hadn't done anything overly readable on the first couple of pages, i imagine that the justification on monty being townread is connected to his setup mech on p1 and that is not a stable read elevation for w/w. Ender was a wagon a few hours before EoD and this is the first instance of him being sussed at all in the game, will see if this develops. Also ender just responding to others is kinda how he is early game

I read the flip before I read the posts from after I left, I honestly was thinking cuth seemed w/w with ladd before he voted ladd at the last second lol. I thought rask wasn't posting that great during EOD but he also voted ladd, though seems like this was just self-pres.

Monty could be a villager, but he is also a filthy filthy busser and should not be cleared IMO (esp cuz the way ladd treated him was a bit odd if monty is town imo, plus Monty tried to unvote anyway).

benneh seems surface-level not great from ladd's flip, possible he would have tried to direct traffic elsewhere harder during EOD as a wolf, but caveat that the ladd bumrush was mostly last second.

HK maybe got off too easy yesterday, he has not really done much solving at all that I can recall, ladd shielded him a decent amount too.

dobby saying he wanted the sorc to target newcomb or ladd but "really didnt want" to lunch them doesnt make much sense to me and is possibly just a wolfy thing to say, esp the way he threw in ladd in addition to newcomb after seeing ladd get voted at the end.

I think sunbae's posts may have given people the impression that I townread ladd a lot more than I did. I want to reiterate that the highest I ever put ladd was "slightly above null" fairly early in the day, which really doesn't mean anything (as I even said later in the day, and I am never posting reads lists again on d1 because I'm so tired of how people read into d1 shrug reads as being ironclad declarations). I had a string of posts crapping on ladd, starting around 560, and never took any of that back or said ladd was villagy after that, though I did mentally note benneh's post saying ladd was "Just A Villager" and pumped the brakes a bit. When I left I had zero idea ladd was an actual possibility of dying d1 and there were no votes on him. though I wouldn't personally have pulled the trigger on a d1 lunch ladd myself (but since the other option was apparently newcomb for some reason, maybe I would have tbh).

unrelated but csargo seems more in his villager meta than the wolf one i think


from reading ladd iso last night:

- newcomb doesnt seem partnered. related to that, katze was one of the most notable "newcomb = wolfy" ppl of d1, ladd has newcomb as his top obvtown and enthusiastically proposes katze lead eod? is this a thing that happens with w/w? I think ladd just didn't want to have newcomb on his case in this game.

- weirdly defensive of monty after he got votes? and the ways he was arguing it werent super great reasons

- still think ladd/ender w/w is perfectly plausible, they never seriously tried to kill each other, seemed kinda fake to me. the way ender latched onto the newcomb pushers didnt sit right with me either, seemed opportunistic and not like a real push

- sleep/cape prob v/v, sorta felt like ladd was setting up sleep to look bad after a cape flip - i don't think sleep had any real chance of being yeeted yesterday, but cape did (and ladd wouldn't have had to get his hands dirty for it)
