I think I've decided that I'm just going to ignore the n1 kill and subsequent responses wrt Hally's alignment and make my decision elsewhere. I think Hally's responses at the start of today are weird, but I've been trying to swap pov's and ask "is this how I respond when I kill someone that's been tunneling me and try to get out in front of it" as well as "is this how I respond as town when someone that tunneled me died and I have no idea why and just kind of panic about it being a frame job". I can see both and, frankly, this is just the levely portion that I think just gets me in trouble more often than I'd prefer.

I'm going to take a step back and ask myself "is hally trying to solve peoples alignments or not" That's it. It's simple and it doesn't need to be more complicated. Does Hally give a damn about being correct or is it just words for the sake of words.

I currently think the answer is "I think so"? They've clearly spent a lot of time on me and gone back and forth on the answer there. They've gone back and forth with Vulgard. They've poked at Barto, talked about Rask, and came into today skeptical about Neb (side note: I'd like to hear more about that wolf read). I also think they've been more proactive than reactive wrt poking/prodding in different directions and seem to be coming up with their own thoughts rather than piggybacking others.

I'm not locked in there and I know I'll disappointedCelticsFandotjpg myself if I get away from there again and end up being wrong, but right this second that's where my head is at.
